"Wonderful"
We liked the breakfast most because the parties were good and the coffee was excellent. They make the coffee fresh at the bar so it was much better than the machines we were used to at other hotels. Rooms were nicely renovated.

V central location and late check in availability. Room was comfortable and shower was v good. Breakfast had good selection and coffee was was great

Very good location. Garibaldi Central Station is 100m from the hotel and you can use the metro and trains. Regarding the hotel the reception area was beautiful and the reception staff very pleasant. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was very good and value for money. For the room I can only say about the beds which were comfortable and the bathroom which was in very good condition and renovated.

We enjoyed the breakfast but it was quite basic . Coffee was nice and freshly made to order. Dinner on the first evening was ok and it was nice to eat in the hotel after a long day of travel.

Great location and very friendly staff. Lots of options at Breakfast; everything was fresh. They allowed us to keep our room for 4 hours after check out for a small fee - this was a lifesaver as we had checked in at midnight

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The family room offered us plenty of spacewonderful for managing jet lagged kids and having separate beds for everyone. The breakfast was amazinglots of variety of pastries and savory options, helpful staff, delicious food. The location was very close to the train station which made it easy for us to base out of, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Was a convenient hotel due to being near the train station. Breakfast was okay. Really appreciated that hotel allowed us to leave luggage with them for the day so we could explore Naples. Was good value compared to other hotels, but the area this hotel is in is pretty rough looking. This is definitely not a 4* hotel.
